How can I personalise my item?
If the option to personalise is available it will be displayed on the product page of the item. If you send a gift to someone, we are happy to provide a personal note on request: sales@steffiechristiaens.com

 

 

Can I place an order over the phone? Or make a private appointment?

Can you notify me when an item is back in stock?
To receive an email notification when an item is back in stock, please send a request to: sales@steffiechristiaens.com

 

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact sales@steffiechristiaens.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

If you would like to return an order that you have received, please refer to the return instructions included on this website. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.

 

 

More than 24 hours have passed and I still haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
You may experience a few minutes’ delay between placing your order and receiving your order confirmation.  If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam inbox. If you still have not received a confirmation email, please contact: sales@steffiechristiaens.com

 

 

Why was my credit/debit card or other payment method declined at checkout?

If you receive notification that your credit or debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuiing bank or payment provider. Before doing so please ensure that: The card details or payment information entered are correct. For instance, your 16 digit code is correct and that you have selected the right card type.

  • The 3 or 4-digit security number is correct
  • Your creditcard has not expired
  • If you have saved your card details or payment information we also recommend that you:
  • Check that the selected card or method of payement is active and that it has not expired
  • Ensure that the billing address matches the credit card or payment methos used for payement
